THE COAST
ENTRY TO THE SEA
The side with diving interest is the one that is marked in red, we suggest you start from the “tip” of the island that overlooks Pontikonisi and follow a clockwise underwater course, having the island on your right shoulder.
THE DIVE
On the aforesaid side there are two impressively large single rocks. Explore to the depth you prefer and feel comfortable. The yellow gorgonians appear at 20-22 meters and the red ones at 30-32 meters. As mentioned above, follow a clockwise course, having the island on your right shoulder. The place is quite large and has many places to see. As long as the weather conditions permit it, we suggest you take scuba tanks for a double dive and split the route in half.
You can easily get carried away, so follow your plan and the depth you have agreed upon. When your tank is half full, start heading back and do not skip the safety stop.
